Rotary labeling machines can reach high-speed output of 12,000-24,000 per hour (output depends on the number of labeling heads on the rotary machine), and rotary machines cost from 300,000 yuan upward. How to choose depends on your output requirements and budget. Users can select the labeling method according to their output needs.

1. Products travel along the conveyor into the screw feeder, which sets the spacing

2. The infeed star wheel automatically transfers the products into the labeling turntable

3. The product reaches labeling station 1# with the turntable and the label is applied

4. The product continues to labeling station 2#, where another label is applied

5. After labeling, the product moves with the turntable to the outfeed star wheel

6. The outfeed star wheel moves the products out one by one at even spacing onto the outfeed conveyor

7. The products flow along the conveyor to the next station
