The automatic foam applicator newly developed by Wanzhi applies multiple strips of foam to the plastic trays used in the electronics industry. It is equipped with reinforced high-accuracy dual labeling heads and uses a stopping method to position products precisely before applying foam, providing better product protection and shock absorption.
1. Core working principle:
When the sensor detects a product passing, it sends a signal to the labeling control system; the stopping mechanism extends to position the product, and the control system drives the motor to feed the label and apply it at the positions to be labeled, completing the application of one label.
2. Operating process:
Automatic start ―> conveyor start ―> place products on the conveyor (or connect to the upstream production line) ―> product sensor detects the product ―> stop the product ―> pulling motor starts and dispenses the label ―> foam strip is applied to the product ―> labeling complete ―> stopping positioning cylinder retracts ―> conveyor start ―> stop the product ―> head 2# applies foam ―> automatic collection ―> push the stacked products out to the buffer conveyor.
