Process flow of the automatic instant print-and-apply labeling machine:

1. The operator places the products on the loading lift table, and the table rises to the separating position

2. The separating module moves the suction heads to pick up the products and transfer them to the vacuum conveyor belt

3. The scanner reads the information and sends it back to the computer; the printer prints the label and the suction head picks it up; when the sensor detects the product at the labeling position, the labeling robot applies the label

4. The transfer robot moves the labeled products to the next station on the customer’s production line

5. The labeling cycle is complete and the machine continues to repeat the operation
