This solution applies multiple labels to the mouse back cover with high accuracy, using CCD inspection labeling to guarantee precision without deviation. Manual operation not only delivers low output, but the labeling result varies with operator skill, so consistent product quality cannot be guaranteed; it lowers the perceived grade of the product and is inefficient.

1. The operator places the products on the loading mechanism, and the lifting table rises to a certain height

2. Robots 1# and 2# pick up the products (turning them over 180°) and place them at labeling stations 1# and 2#; once 12 have been picked, the plate unload mechanism takes the plastic plate away from the loading mechanism

3. The clamping fixture clamps the product, CCD 1# inspects the product, and the vacuum application mechanism picks up the label

4. CCD 2# inspects the label, the vacuum application mechanism applies it, and the mechanism returns after labeling

5. Robots 3# and 4# pick up the products from labeling stations 1# and 2# (turning them over) and place them on the unloading mechanism

6. Once 12 have been collected, the plate handling mechanism moves the plastic plate to the unloading mechanism, the operator unloads it, and the labeling cycle is complete; the machine continues to repeat the process
