The WZ-3012 CCD vision labeling machine is a high-accuracy vision-guided automatic labeling system developed by Wanzhi Automation, equipped with dual 6-megapixel Hikvision industrial cameras, a six-axis motion control card, and a four-axis robot label-picking module. The machine uses a top-and-bottom dual-camera vision system to capture label and product coordinates in real time and automatically corrects offsets through algorithms for highly accurate automatic labeling, with labeling accuracy up to ±0.1mm. It is suitable for memory cards, electronic housings, precision plastic parts, digital accessories, and other products with demanding label placement requirements; the entire process — label peeling, robot label picking, vision positioning, and precise application — is fully automated, meeting the high-standard quality inspection needs of the 3C electronics and digital storage industries.
