The WZ-880 automatic cardboard tape applicator is a general-purpose inline tape applicator developed by Dongguan Wanzhi Automation for the burst-line reinforcement process on corrugated cartons and paper boards. It automatically applies clear tape and fiber tape at the burst-line score positions to prevent packing straps from cutting the board, improving the carton’s load-bearing strength. The machine has an automatic material separation mechanism (side-separation or straight-separation versions available) and holds 10~30 boards per loading (depending on board length and weight). Single-head or multi-head tape applicator heads are optional, the frame width can be customized and tailored to the customer’s workshop line layout, and the machine suits volume reinforcement taping of color-printed cartons and express corrugated boards.
