The WZ-128 tape applicator for hollow-core boards is a custom automation tape application machine for the logistics packaging industry, designed to automatically apply hook-and-loop fasteners and fiber tape to the surface of the hollow-core boards used in moving boxes and turnover boxes. The machine has 4 upper/lower flat-surface labeling heads and 2 tape applicator heads, so multiple hook-and-loop fasteners and multiple tape segments can be applied to a single hollow-core board in one pass. The conveying system runs stably and suits continuous inline processing of large hollow-core boards, greatly replacing manual tape application and raising the automation level of hollow-core turnover box production. It is widely used by manufacturers of logistics turnover boxes and plastic hollow-core board packaging.

- 3. Stable high-speed production performance: conveyor speed is adjustable from 20-30M/min, one machine processes 10~15PCS of corrugated plastic sheet per hour, and tape positioning accuracy is held within ±2mm, with no skew or lifting of tape or hook-and-loop fasteners.
- 4. Automatic sheet separation: a dozen or so sheets can be loaded at one time, reducing manual handling and speeding up the production cycle.
- 5. Wide consumable compatibility: tapes from 30-50mm wide are supported, and rolls can use either 300mm or 76mm core sizes; labels are adjustable from 20~150mm in length and width, and standard hook-and-loop and fiber tape rolls available on the market can be run directly on the machine.
