1. Basic application

The inline top-surface vacuum pick-and-place labeling head can be integrated with a production line to label flat and uneven surfaces of passing products, achieving inline labeling; for example, it can be fitted to an inkjet coding conveyor to label passing objects;

2. Scope of application

◆ Applicable labels: pressure-sensitive labels, pressure-sensitive film, electronic supervision codes, barcodes, etc.

◆ Applicable products: can be integrated with carton sealers and automatic production lines for inline labeling.

3. Working process

◆ Core working principle: the sensor detects a product passing and sends a signal back to the labeling control system; at the proper position the control system drives the motor to dispense and apply a label to the target position on the product; the product passes the label wiping roller, the label is rolled on, and one label application is complete;

◆ Operating sequence: product infeed (connected to a production line) ―> product conveying ―> product detection (or external signal input) ―> labeling ―> label wiping.
