The WZ-881 semi-automatic cardboard tape applicator is a general-purpose inline tape application machine developed by Dongguan Wanzhi Automation specifically for the anti-score-line reinforcement process on corrugated cartons and paperboard sheets. It automatically applies clear tape and fiber tape along the anti-score lines of cardboard, effectively preventing packing straps from cutting into the board and improving the load-bearing strength of cartons. Semi-automatic manual loading suits small-batch production; single-head or multi-head tape applicator heads and an automatic feeding mechanism are optional, and the machine width can be customized and tailored to the customer’s workshop line layout, making it suitable for batch reinforcement tape application on color-printed cartons and corrugated express boxes.
