• 1. A general-purpose industry model mainly used in building materials and hardware and traffic facility processing, suited to barrier gate arms, various aluminum profiles, and square-tube long workpieces;
• 2. Synchronized two-side tape application: multiple tape segments or reflective film are automatically cut and applied to both side faces of the same workpiece at once;
• 3. Tape applicator heads can be added or removed as needed, so single-side or two-side application and single-head or multi-head operation can be configured to the customer's process;
• 4. Tape application length is preset in the program, so every tape segment is sized precisely and batch output is uniform in length;
• 5. Compatible with two web materials: it can unwind continuous tape or run die-cut, pre-slit pressure-sensitive label stock;
• 6. Extended infeed and outfeed conveyors can be added for continuous conveying of long profiles; setup is adjusted visually on the touch screen, and recipes for multiple profile specifications are recalled with one touch.
