1. Basic application

       The automatic three-label labeling machine for seasoning bottles handles two-side labeling and neck labeling of flat, round, and square bottles, such as front and back labels plus a neck label on seasoning bottles;

3. Working process

◆ Core working principle: the sensor detects a product passing and sends a signal back to the labeling control system; at the proper position the control system dispenses a label and applies it to the target position on the product; the product passes the label wiping device, the label is pressed onto the product, and one label application is complete.

◆ Operating sequence: load products (can connect to a production line) ―> product conveying ―> product spacing ―> labeling (automatic) ―> collect labeled products.
