The WZ-160C automatic egg box labeling machine (conveyor feeding) is an upgraded fully automatic labeling machine from Wanzhi Automation for top-surface labeling of thermoformed fresh egg cartons. It is equipped with a conveyor-type automatic box pick-up and loading mechanism that saves more labor than conventional single-bin discharge, holds 200 boxes per loading, and has a raised finished-product stacking and collection mechanism. Conveying runs stably and capacity is 40-45 boxes/min. The machine uses a high-accuracy flat-surface labeling head with labeling positioning accuracy of ±1mm, greatly reducing the manual work of placing and collecting boxes. It suits high-volume standardized labeling of 10-count to 30-count egg thermoformed cartons and fresh fruit plastic trays, and is widely used by egg processing plants and fresh food packaging companies for the automatic application of traceability labels and brand logos. It can run standalone or be connected to the upstream thermoforming line for synchronized operation.
