WZ-211 automatic positioned round bottle labeling machine

1. Basic application

The automatic positioned round bottle labeling machine applies labels to the cylindrical surface of round containers, handling single or double labels with flexible adjustment of the front-back label spacing, for example hair gel round bottles and round food cans; it is widely used in cosmetics, food, pharmaceutical, disinfectant, and other industries. An optional circumferential positioning sensor enables labeling at a specified position on the circumference.

Optional ribbon coders and inkjet printers can print production date and batch number information on labels, integrating labeling and coding in one step.

2. Scope of application

◆  Applicable products: round bottles from 30mm~90mm in diameter.

◆ Applicable labels: self-adhesive labels, self-adhesive film, electronic supervision codes, barcodes, and more.

3. Working process

◆  Core working principle: products are placed on the conveyor and enter the bottle separating mechanism; after the mechanism separates the products, the sensor detects a product passing and sends a signal back to the labeling control system; at the proper position the control system drives the corresponding motor to dispense and apply a label to the target position on the product while wiping it down, completing one label application.

◆  Operating sequence: load products onto the conveyor (can connect to a production line) ―> product conveying ―> product spacing ―> product detection ―> product positioning ―> labeling and label wiping ―> collect labeled products.
