The WZ-861 automatic round tube tape applicator is a fully automatic inline tape applicator developed by Dongguan Wanzhi Automation for paper tubes, cores and other round tubular workpieces. It has a built-in automatic material separation mechanism that cuts double-sided tape and applies it at fixed points on round tubes. Optional automatic feeding, finished-product collection and release paper rewinding modules are available, so no manual single-piece loading, liner peeling or part removal is needed. It is designed for volume double-sided tape backing on cling film paper cores and various industrial paper tube spools, with a high degree of automation that fully replaces manual tape application and greatly improves production efficiency.
