1. Basic application

Gantry-type inline labeling headCan be integrated with a production line to label the top flat surface and curved surfaces of passing products, achieving inline labeling. In this case it is used on a fire extinguisher production line, with an adjustable label wiping mechanism for curved surfaces; the gantry provides firmer support and more precise labeling.

3. Working process

◆ Core working principle: the sensor detects a product passing and sends a signal back to the labeling control system; at the proper position the control system drives the motor to dispense a label and apply it to the target position on the product; the product passes the label wiping mechanism, whose wiping cylinder moves down and rolls the label on, completing one label application; ◆ Operating sequence: product infeed (connected to a production line) ―> product detection (or external signal input) ―> labeling ―> label wiping.
