The WZ-3022 CCD vision inspection machine is an inline visual quality inspection machine independently developed by Dongguan Wanzhi Automation, suited to fully automated 100% inspection of small flat parts. The machine is equipped with a Hikvision 6-megapixel industrial vision imaging system and a proprietary high-accuracy inspection algorithm, integrating automatic conveying, image capture, intelligent judgment and data storage. It can identify defects such as appearance flaws, missing parts, assembly errors and barcode anomalies at the same time. Machine dimensions and inspection field of view can be customized, an automatic reject mechanism for defective parts is optional, and the machine can be connected to upstream and downstream labeling and packaging lines. Replacing manual visual inspection with consistent quality standards, it is widely used for volume quality inspection of electronic accessories, signboards and color cards, and small plastic and hardware parts.
