The WZ-502 automatic roll-film labeling machine is an inline labeling machine for applying labels to roll film or roll label stock; the labeling head is configured to user requirements, and it is widely used in the printing and packaging industries;
Working process
◆ Core working principle:
The labeling head detects the label and dispenses it; a sensor detects the product passing by and sends a signal back to the labeling control system; at the right position the control system drives the motor to dispense a label and attach it to the target position on the product, completing one labeling cycle.
◆ Operating sequence:
Load the roll film onto the machine – start the deviation corrector – start automatic mode – the roll film runs under the traction shaft – the product sensor detects the product – dispensing traction starts and dispenses the label – the label is applied to the product – the label sensor detects the signal – dispensing stops – complete
