The WZ-600A drum positioning print-and-apply labeling machine is an inline print-and-apply labeling system developed for drum-type workpieces and designed specifically for automated drum labeling processes; it performs detection, printing, and positioning labeling in a continuous operation.
The WZ-600A round drum positioning print-and-apply labeling machine is an integrated inline printing and labeling machine developed for drum-shaped workpieces, designed for automated drum labeling and capable of continuous detection, printing and positioning labeling. Connected to a database, the machine uses a product sensor to capture the material signal and transmit it to the labeling control system, which issues commands to the printing unit to print labels with the corresponding content and apply them accurately at the designated position on the drum. Print content can be edited as required and product information is traceable; label data is automatically generated and stored as documents on the industrial PC for later retrieval, verification and traceability management.
Technical specifications
Working efficiency
10-25 drums/min (depending on product size)
Labeling accuracy
±1mm
Suitable products
Various round drums (plastic, steel, and paper drums; customization available)
Data storage
Local industrial PC file storage with historical data query and traceability
Key features
1. Integrated inline operation: detection, real-time printing, and positioned labeling in one unit. When a drum reaches position, the machine lifts the drum handle automatically, identifies the position, and applies the label at the designated spot, with no need for pre-printed labels.
2. Database-linked operation: a sensor detects the material signal, the system automatically matches the corresponding database record and prints the label content on demand, one label per item.
3. Editable label content: text, barcodes, QR codes, and other printed content can be edited at any time, supporting changeover across multiple batches and product specifications.
4. Traceable data storage: label production data is archived automatically as documents on the industrial PC, and history can be queried and traced to meet traceability control requirements.
5. Drum-specific positioning structure: the positioning mechanism is designed for the curved drum surface, keeping label placement consistent and flat while reducing offset and wrinkling.
6. Stable automated operation: closed-loop signal control and orderly motion sequencing allow line integration and connection to upstream and downstream equipment for fully automatic production.
