WZ-210 automatic mineral water bottle labeling machine

1. Basic application

The automatic mineral water labeling machine is designed for round bottle labeling in pharmaceutical, food, household and personal care, and other industries, with full-wrap and semi-wrap labeling.

An optional automatic rotary bottle unscrambler can be connected directly to the upstream production line to feed bottles into the labeling machine automatically, increasing efficiency.

An optional ribbon coding unit can be fitted to print production dates and batch numbers inline, reducing bottle packaging steps and improving production efficiency.

2. Scope of application

3. Working process

◆  Core working principle: after the bottle separating mechanism separates the products, the sensor detects a product passing and sends a signal back to the labeling control system; at the proper position the control system drives the motor to dispense and apply a label to the target position on the product; the product passes the label wiping device, the wipe belt rotates the product so the label is rolled on, completing one label application.

◆  Operating sequence: load products (can connect to a production line) ―> product conveying (automatic) ―> product spacing ―> product detection ―> labeling ―> label wiping ―> collect labeled products.
