1. Basic application

The high-precision labeling machine for folded hang tags applies labels to 4 surfaces of hang tag packs with high overlap and butt-joint accuracy and no bubbles. A vibratory bowl feeder handles automatic feeding and the machine collects finished parts itself for unattended operation.

2. Scope of application

3. Working process

◆ Core working principle: the vibratory bowl feeder separates materials automatically and products are transferred to the conveyor; the sensor detects a product passing and sends a signal back to the labeling control system; after the signal is processed by the PLC, a label is dispensed and applied to the preset position on the product; a robot arm takes the product to the next station, where the product passes the fold-over wiping device and the label is pressed firmly in place, completing one label application, and products are collected automatically.

◆ Operating sequence: load products (upstream vibratory bowl) ―> product conveying (automatic) ―> product alignment (automatic) ―> product detection (automatic) ―> flat-surface labeling ―> robot arm transfers the product to the next station ―> fold-over label wiping (automatic) ―> collect labeled products.
