The side print-and-apply labeling machine is an integrated printing and labeling inline machine developed by Wanzhi Automation. It integrates an industrial on-demand printer, an automatic labeling mechanism and a traverse label pick-up mechanism. As material passes along the production line, the system matches the product information and sends it to the printer to generate labels in real time; the pick-up head picks up the label and, when a sensor detects the workpiece, labeling is performed automatically. The machine can switch between top labeling and bottom labeling modes according to line requirements, with real-time data linkage throughout and no manual printing or hand labeling. Industries and products E-commerce logistics: cartons, turnover boxes and parcel waybills, with variable outer-box markings printed and applied in real time. 3C electronics: traceability labels on electronic housings, modules, batteries and packaging boxes, top or bottom.
