1. Basic application

The automatic lamp tube labeling machine is designed for labeling longer cylindrical products with some rigidity, such as lamp tubes and PU tubes.

2. Scope of application

◆ Applicable labels: pressure-sensitive labels, pressure-sensitive film, electronic supervision codes, barcodes, etc.

3. Working process

◆ Core working principle:

The sensor detects a product passing and sends a signal back to the labeling control system; the product is positioned, and at the proper position the control system drives the motor to dispense and apply a label to the target position on the product, completing one label application.

◆ Operating sequence:

Place the products on the loading tray ―> start automatic mode ―> conveyor starts ―> products are separated during conveying ―> the object detection sensor detects a product ―> conveying stops ―> the positioning cylinder moves up to position the product ―> the positioning sensor detects the signal ―> the traction motor starts to dispense the label ―> the label is applied to the product ―> labeling complete ―> the positioning cylinder moves down ―> conveyor starts ―> one labeling cycle is complete.
