The WZ-820 automatic double-sided tape applicator is an automatic tape application machine customized by Dongguan Wanzhi Automation for the new energy and new materials industry. It has a fully automatic material separation and feeding mechanism and supports two-head synchronous tape application. It suits new energy insulation materials such as epoxy boards, mica sheets, aerogel and thermal insulation materials, and also handles double-sided tape application on paper products such as color boxes and paper cards. Tape length can be preset in the program, and multiple tape segments are applied in a single cycle. Feeding, tape application and discharging are fully automatic, with no need for frequent manual loading, which greatly reduces labor and increases volume production speed and tape application accuracy.
