WZ-872 automatic top-and-bottom foam strip applicator

1. Basic application:

The automatic top-and-bottom foam strip applicator is used for applying foam strips in the electronics industry. It has upper and lower dual heads and uses a stop-and-hold method for precise product positioning and labeling.

II. Core working principle:

When the sensor detects a product passing, it sends a signal to the labeling control system; the stopping mechanism extends to position the product, and the control system drives the motor to feed the label and apply it at the positions to be labeled, completing the application of one label.

III. Operating process:

Start automatic mode ―> conveyor starts ―> place the product on the conveyor (or connect the upstream production line)  ―> the object detection sensor detects the product ―> the product is stopped ―> the traction motor starts to dispense the label ―> the foam strip is applied to the product ―> labeling complete ―> the stop positioning cylinder retracts
