The WZ-150 roll-material labeling machine is a dedicated fixed-position labeling and film laminating machine that Wanzhi Automation developed for continuously running roll film and roll materials. It has a complete inline structure for unwinding, photoelectric positioning, accurate labeling and automatic rewinding, and can apply labels and protective film at fixed positions on roll material running continuously at high speed. It is mainly used to cover old labels and mask private information in specific areas of a product. Positioning accuracy is stable, and roll width and material speed can be custom-built to order. It is widely used in roll-material processes such as care labels for garment accessories, electronic release film, packaging roll film and anti-counterfeit masking film.
