Basic application:

Suitable for labeling the flat surfaces and corners of USB drive packaging boxes: heads 1# and 2# label the top and bottom surfaces simultaneously, and head 3# labels the corners, with high accuracy and no bubbles. An infeed conveyor separates products at intervals before they enter the labeling conveyor;

Working process:

◆ Core working principle: when the sensor detects a product passing, it sends a signal to the labeling control system. After the signal is processed by the PLC, a label is dispensed at the right moment and applied at the set position on the product; the product then passes through the wrap-around device, the label is firmly wrapped, and the application of one label is complete.

◆ Operating sequence: load products (infeed conveyor) ―> product conveying (automatic) ―> product alignment (automatic) ―> product detection (automatic) ―> head 1# labels the top surface ―> head 2# labels the bottom surface ―> head 3# labels the corner (automatic) ―> collect the labeled products.
