In December 2023, a CCD vision inspection project undertaken by Wanzhi Automation passed on-site acceptance by the customer and was well received. While focusing on CCD vision inspection R&D, Wanzhi actively responds to the national industrial integration strategy: following the principle of moving the industry toward “new” and relying on vision inspection technology, it has vigorously developed CCD vision labeling machines and CCD vision inspection machines. With more than 10 years in the CCD vision inspection machine field, it has built solid supporting partnerships, ranks among the leaders in domestic market share and exports to Europe, the Americas, Asia and many other countries and regions.
The Wanzhi CCD vision inspection machine is suitable for products that are irregular in shape or demand highly precise label placement. Using advanced vision recognition technology and precise mechanical motion, the camera system photographs the product and, with preset algorithms, automatically determines the shape and size of the product surface; the label is then positioned, scaled and rotated to be applied at the right place according to the label design. The industrial cameras used range from 0.3 megapixels to 151 megapixels, and labeling accuracy can reach 0.1 mm.
