CCD vision inspection systems use machines instead of people to detect product defects. Many industries can use CCD vision inspection systems — film, non-woven fabric, aluminum foil, steel strip, cable sheathing, paper, lithium batteries and more.
CCD machine vision inspection equipment raises production efficiency and lowers costs. Compared with traditional manual inspection, it offers higher inspection accuracy and speed: it can inspect large numbers of products in a short time, greatly raising production efficiency, while reducing the cost of manual inspection and saving human resources. In line with customer requirements, Wanzhi Automation therefore developed the CCD vision labeling machine to help customers improve product quality and production efficiency, cut costs and strengthen their competitiveness.
The Wanzhi CCD vision labeling machine is suitable for products that are irregular in shape or demand highly precise label placement. Using advanced vision recognition technology and precise mechanical motion, the camera system photographs the product and, with preset algorithms, automatically determines the shape and size of the product surface; the label is then positioned, scaled and rotated to be applied at the right place according to the label design. The industrial cameras used range from 0.3 megapixels to 151 megapixels, and labeling accuracy can reach 0.1 mm.
