Core working principle: a sensor detects the product passing and sends a signal back to the labeling control system; at the right position the control system drives the motor to feed a label and apply it to the position to be labeled, the product then passes the label-wiping unit, the label is pressed onto the product and one labeling cycle is complete. The labeling head can be adjusted up and down, forward and back, and in tilt, so it suits labeling on parts of any irregular shape. A special label-pressing device keeps the label flat against the product. A rotary encoder tracks the conveyor, so the conveyor speed can be changed freely while the label feed speed always stays in sync with it.
