The machine has front and rear modules: the front module applies double-sided tape to the front face of the insulation foam, and the rear module applies double-sided tape to the back face and presses the release-paper pull tab, pre-peels the release paper, presses the release paper flat a second time and unloads automatically; 3. The front and rear modules have independent control systems; 4. Wide product compatibility: up to 250*250mm and down to 80*80mm; 5. Two CCD systems ensure double-sided tape placement accuracy, achieving ±0.2mm repeat placement accuracy; 6. An optional automatic strapping machine provides automatic strapping and packaging, raising manual work efficiency and reducing labor.
