The WZ-828 tape applicator for PCB boards is a fully automatic inline tape applicator developed by Dongguan Wanzhi Automation for PCB circuit boards, designed specifically for automatic cutting and application of double-sided tape, high-temperature tape and masking tape at fixed positions on the board surface. The machine integrates three core modules: an automatic loading lifting platform, a module tape application mechanism and an automatic collection lifting platform. The magazine holds 200 workpieces at a time, and the conveyor belt width is adjustable to accommodate products of various specifications, enabling fully unmanned continuous operation. The module tape applicator head can apply a single tape segment or multiple tape segments on the same product; the machine is mainly used for automatic tape application on flat workpieces.
