WZ-212 automatic horizontal round bottle labeling machine

1. Basic application

The automatic horizontal round bottle labeling machine is designed for full-wrap and half-wrap labeling of cylindrical objects that do not stand stably. Using horizontal conveying and horizontal labeling, it can be fitted with an optional bottle separating mechanism; efficiency reaches up to 150 pcs/min, saving labor and improving labeling efficiency.

An optional coder or inkjet printer can be mounted on the labeling head to print production dates, batch numbers, barcodes, and other information on labels.

2. Scope of application

3. Working process

◆  Core working principle: the bottle separating wheel separates the products and places them on the conveyor; the sensor detects a product passing and sends a signal back to the labeling control system; at the proper position the control system drives the corresponding motor to dispense and apply a label to the target position on the product; the product passes the label wiping device, the wipe belt rotates the product so the label is rolled on, completing one label application. ◆  Operating sequence: load products (into the hopper) ―> separate products and spread them between the conveyor chain rollers ―> product conveying ―> product detection ―> labeling ―> label wiping ―> collect labeled products.
