The WZ-105E-02 automatic high-speed card labeling machine is an inline labeling machine developed by Wanzhi Automation for flat sheet materials, integrating automatic material separation, conveying and accurate labeling for hang tags, cards and film products. The machine uses friction-based material separation with a vacuum conveying structure, holds up to 300mm of stacked material at a time, and has a dual-head high-speed servo label feed system with labeling accuracy of ±0.5mm and a maximum capacity of 350 pcs/min, applying 2 different labels at once. Optional inkjet coding and code scanning modules are available, and it can be connected to vision inspection. No manual separation is needed at any point, greatly saving labor, and it is widely used for volume labeling of garment hang tags, plastic cards, electronic carrier tape and gift color cards.
