1. Basic application:

The four-head automatic foam strip applicator automatically applies foam pads to electronic, electrical, hardware, and plastic products. It is equipped with 4 labeling heads and uses a stop-and-hold method for precise product positioning and labeling, enabling efficient production.

II. Core working principle:

The sensor detects a product passing and sends a signal back to the labeling control system; the stop mechanism extends to position the product; the control system drives the motor to dispense and apply a label to the target position on the product, completing one foam pad application.

III. Operating process:

Start automatic mode ―> conveyor starts ―> place the product on the conveyor (or connect the upstream production line)  ―> the object detection sensor detects the product ―> the product is stopped ―> the traction motor starts to dispense the label ―> the foam strip is applied to the product ―> labeling complete ―> the stop positioning cylinder retracts ―> conveyor starts ―> the product is stopped ―> heads 2#, 3#, and 4# stop the product and apply foam ―> application of 4 foam strips to one product is complete
