The WZ-160B automatic egg box labeling machine (dual-bin discharge) is a fully automatic labeling machine custom-developed by Wanzhi Automation for top-surface labeling of fresh egg blister boxes. It is equipped with a robotic arm that picks boxes and loads them automatically, plus a finished-product stacking and collection mechanism. The machine uses a high-accuracy flat-surface labeling head and runs with stable conveying, reaching a labeling positioning accuracy of ±1mm and a steady capacity of 35-45 boxes/min. It can run standalone or be connected to the upstream thermoforming line for synchronized operation. A single machine greatly reduces the manual work of placing and collecting boxes, and suits high-volume standardized labeling of the lids of 10-count to 30-count egg blister boxes and fresh fruit plastic trays. It is widely used by egg processing plants and fresh food packaging companies for the automatic application of traceability labels and brand logos; optional laser coding and inline print-and-apply labeling are available.

Key features
- 1. A robot arm picks, separates, and loads boxes from a dual magazine: two stacks are loaded at once, holding about 200-300 boxes and removing the need for constant manual refilling;
- 2. Integrated conveying, labeling, and automatic stacking and collection: up to about 100-130 labeled boxes are palletized per stack for continuous production;
- 3. A high-precision flat-surface labeling head with photoelectric tracking keeps box travel steady and centered, so labels are flat, wrinkle-free, and bubble-free in a stable position;
- 4. Adjustable conveying width for quick changeover between carton sizes;
- 5. Can run as a standalone unit or connect directly to the front of an injection molding machine's line for an integrated forming and labeling line;
- 6. Conveying speed of 15-20M/min and stable throughput of 35~45 boxes/min, with throughput fine-tuned to carton size and label length;
- 7. Stainless steel frame: sturdy and compact, with low vibration so the machine holds position during long high-speed runs;
