The WZ-850 terminal block film laminator is a dedicated inline film lamination machine independently developed by Dongguan Wanzhi Automation, custom-designed for full-surface coverage of continuous reel-fed precision terminals with high-temperature tape (polyimide film). The machine is connected at the front to a stamping press and performs full-reel continuous lamination and rewinding; it can also be used standalone with an added unwinding and rewinding mechanism. It supports CCD vision inline AOI inspection to identify defects such as tape offset, air bubbles and terminal deformation, and suits volume automated lamination of electronic components.
