1. Basic application

The multi-head roll-film labeling machine applies multiple labels to roll film or label rolls; the number of labeling heads is configured according to customer requirements.

2. Scope of application

◆ Applicable labels: pressure-sensitive labels, pressure-sensitive film, electronic supervision codes, barcodes, etc.

◆ Applicable products: roll-film products that require labels on a flat surface, such as unformed PE film and unformed woven bags.

3. Working process

◆ Core working principle:

The three labeling heads detect and dispense labels independently; the sensor detects a product passing and sends a signal back to the labeling control system, which at the proper position drives the motor to dispense and apply a label to the target position on the product, completing one label application.

◆ Operating sequence:

Load the roll film onto the machine -à start the web guide -à start automatic mode -à the roll film runs under the traction shaft -à the object detection sensor detects the product -à label dispensing traction starts dispensing -à the label is applied to the product -à the label detection sensor detects the signal -à dispensing stops -à one labeling cycle is complete.
