The WZ-827 automatic tape applicator for zipper boxes is a three-head integrated inline tape application machine developed by Dongguan Wanzhi Automation for Taobao zipper cartons, express boxes, mailer boxes, and color boxes. In one pass it applies 2 strips of double-sided tape plus 1 strip of tear tape simultaneously in multiple segments and stacks the products automatically. It suits high-volume tape backing of large express cartons and various color boxes, greatly increasing packaging plant capacity.

The WZ-827 automatic tape applicator for zipper boxes is a three-head integrated inline tape applicator developed by Dongguan Wanzhi Automation for Taobao zipper cartons, express boxes, mailer boxes and color boxes. It has 3 independent tape applicator heads and combines fully automatic material separation with vacuum suction conveying of products. In a single cycle it can apply 2 runs of double-sided tape plus 1 run of easy-tear tape synchronously in multiple segments and stack the products automatically, and it supports one-time application of multiple tapes at different positions. Running continuously as a line, it suits volume adhesive backing on large express cartons and various paper color boxes, and with its high degree of automation it replaces several manual tape application steps and greatly increases packaging plant capacity.
