WZ-706 semi-automatic foam strip applicator for face masks

1. Basic application:

The foam strip applicator is dedicated to applying foam strips to the nose bridge of various face masks. It is equipped with a high-precision suction label head and uses a newly developed label pickup mechanism from Wanzhi that effectively solves deformation and error problems caused by manual strip application.

With a change of product fixture, it can apply foam strips to masks of various shapes;

II. Core working principle:

The sensor detects a product and sends a signal back to the labeling control system; the label pickup mechanism moves down to apply the label, then moves up to pick the next label and waits for the next product, completing one label application.

III. Operating process:

Place the product on the fixture ―> jog the foot pedal  ―> the label pickup mechanism moves down to apply the label ―> the foam strip is applied to the product ―> labeling complete ―> the pickup cylinder retracts ―> pick the next label ―> wait for the next product
