1. Basic application

The automatic positioned labeling machine for wine bottles handles single-side labeling of flat, round, and square bottles, or double-label positioned labeling of round bottles; examples include single-side labeling of flat shampoo bottles, round and square mineral water bottles, flat lubricant bottles, and round hand sanitizer bottles, as well as front-back or positioned labels on wine bottles.

3. Working process

◆ Core working principle: the sensor detects a product passing and sends a signal back to the labeling control system; at the proper position the control system dispenses a label and applies it to the target position on the product; the product passes the label wiping device, the label is pressed onto the product, and one label application is complete.

◆ Operating sequence: load products (can connect to a production line) ―> product conveying ―> product spacing ―> labeling (automatic) ―> collect labeled products. IV. ◆   Powerful capability: one machine performs single-side labeling on 4 product types (round, flat, square, and irregular bottles) and two-side labeling on round bottles;
