The WZ-121 automatic flat-surface labeling machine is Wanzhi Automation's general-purpose top-surface labeling system for automatic top-surface labeling of regular flat workpieces. Equipped with a photoelectric sensing system, it automatically triggers label dispensing and application when material passes on the conveyor, and automatic feeding and collection mechanisms can be selected to suit product characteristics. It handles batch labeling of many types of flat products, including hardware parts, plastic parts, paper sheets, circular flat parts, and reflective signs.

The WZ-121 automatic flat-surface labeling machine is Wanzhi Automation’s general-purpose top-surface (upper flat surface) labeling machine, suited to automatic top-surface labeling of various regular flat workpieces. Fitted with a photoelectric sensing system, it triggers tape dispensing and labeling automatically as items pass on the conveyor, and automatic material separation and collection mechanisms are available to suit product characteristics. A printer and an inkjet coder can be added to print production date, batch number, barcode and other traceability information on the label at the same time. Fully automated operation replaces manual labeling and improves production efficiency, suiting volume labeling of hardware parts, plastic parts, paper boards, round flat parts, reflective signs and many other flat products.
