1. Basic application

        The automatic dual-taper labeling machine is designed for two-side or wrap-around labeling of bottles with a large taper, such as body and neck labels on sauce liquor bottles;

◆  Applicable labels: pressure-sensitive labels, pressure-sensitive film, electronic supervision codes, barcodes, etc.

◆  Applicable products: products that require labels applied to a side flat surface, a side surface with a large curvature, or a cylindrical surface.

3. Working process

◆ Core working principle: the sensor detects a product passing and sends a signal back to the labeling control system; at the proper position the control system dispenses a label and applies it to the target position on the product; the product passes the label wiping device, the label is pressed onto the product, and one label application is complete.

◆ Operating sequence: load products (can connect to a production line) ―> product conveying ―> product spacing ―> labeling (automatic) ―> collect labeled products. IV.
