The WZ-123 woven bag sheet-feeder labeling machine is a fully automatic inline labeling machine developed by Wanzhi Automation for flat materials that scratch easily, suited to top-surface labeling of cards, hang tags, unformed cartons, plastic packaging bags and other thin-sheet products. The machine uses a vacuum negative-pressure pick-up sheet feeding mechanism with no hard friction contact with the material, effectively preventing scratches on the product surface. Stacked materials are picked, separated and conveyed one sheet at a time, and a photoelectric sensor precisely triggers labeling. Multiple labeling heads, a coding machine and a printer can be selected to complete labeling and printing of production date and barcode in one pass. It is widely used for volume labeling of products with high appearance requirements in the printing, cultural and creative, food packaging and garment accessories industries.
