Since December, many cities across the country have lifted their pandemic control policies. Although restrictions are lifted, people are still somewhat uneasy, because lifting them does not mean the pandemic is over — it means we must be more conscientious about personal protection and avoid infection. Sales of N95 masks are therefore bound to surge in the three months after restrictions are lifted.

This is undoubtedly a good opportunity for mask manufacturers, but after three years of the pandemic there are a great many mask makers and competition in the industry is fierce. Optimizing line performance, raising line efficiency and cutting labor costs are therefore important ways for mask manufacturers to become more competitive.       The mask foam strip applicator developed by Wanzhi Automation in 2020 can apply foam strips to N95 masks, KN95 masks and fish-shaped masks and can run standalone; the foam strip labeling head can be added to an N95 mask production line, greatly shortening the mask production cycle. This foam equipment runs stably, can operate continuously for long periods, and achieves a product pass rate of 99%.
