Ø Advanced dual-head technology: head 1# is a high-accuracy labeling head whose pick-up mechanism can rotate to apply diagonal triangular double-sided tape labels, and head 2# can cut and apply straight double-sided tape, with application accuracy within ±1 mm. Capacity reaches 1000–1200 pcs/hour! Multiple double-sided tape application steps can be completed on a product in one pass, and an automatic separating mechanism can be fitted for fully automated tape application and even higher capacity.
Ø Automatic separation and collection: automatic separating and take-up mechanisms can be fitted for fully automated tape application and greater capacity.
Ø Tape application at specified positions: a professional detection system and intelligent sensors detect passing products and convert the signal back to the tape application control system; after PLC processing, the tape is applied at the specified position.
