1. Blood collection tube / test tube / oral liquid bottle labeling machine
Applicable products: small products requiring labels or film on the circumference or a small conical surface.
Suitable for labeling the full or half circumference of cylindrical objects that cannot stand upright. Horizontal conveying and horizontal labeling improve stability and labeling efficiency; an optional automatic bottle-separating mechanism saves more labor and increases labeling efficiency.
2. Packaging box corner (anti-counterfeit seal) labeling machine
Applicable products: all kinds of packaging boxes
Dedicated to corner seal labeling of boxes and right-angle application of anti-counterfeit labels: labels are applied across the corner between the top and side surfaces at both ends of the box to prevent tampering.
3. Mask nose bridge foam strip applicator
Applicable products: all types of masks
Dedicated to applying foam strips at the nose bridge of masks. It is fitted with a high-accuracy suction head and uses Wanzhi’s newly developed label pick-up mechanism, effectively solving the deformation and error problems caused by manual application; by changing the product fixture, it can apply foam strips to masks of various shapes.
4. Face shield labeling machine
Suitable for applying labels or self-adhesive film to the top surface of various items, widely used for large products. A vacuum conveyor keeps products from drifting for stable labeling accuracy.
5. Medical packaging bag print-and-apply labeling machine
Suitable for print-and-apply labeling on the top surface of products; connected to a database, it prints and applies labels matching the product information. An optional automatic separating mechanism with automatic lifting and bag separation is available, and operation is simple and user-friendly.
