The foam strip applicator works semi-automatically: the sensor detects the product → sends the signal to the labeling control system → the pick-up mechanism moves down to apply the foam → the pick-up mechanism moves up to pick up the next strip → it waits for the next product → the application of one strip is complete. The material does not deform during production, material waste is minimized, and mask quality is effectively ensured.
