Today we introduce this inline tire labeling machine, which labels passing tires on their surface. Because tire surfaces are uneven and the labeling position is curved, the machine first applies the label and then wraps it with a sponge suction head to ensure the label adheres tightly to the item.
Core working principle:
When the sensor detects a product passing, it sends a signal to the labeling control system; at the appropriate position the control system drives the motor to dispense the label and apply it at the positions to be labeled, and the wrap-around mechanism presses the label again, completing the application of one label;
Operating sequence: product infeed (connected to the production line) ―> product conveying ―> product detection (or external signal input) ―> labeling ―> label wrapping.
