Three-head corner labeling solution for boxes
1. Solution implementation:
This solution automatically applies one label to each of the three corners of rectangular food containers measuring 250*150**25 and 150*120*30 as they move along the conveyor line. Manual operation not only delivers low output, but the labeling result varies with operator skill, so consistent product quality cannot be guaranteed; it lowers the perceived grade of the product and is inefficient.

Customer requirements: 1) Product to be labeled, specifications and photos: rectangular boxes measuring 250*120*25 and 150*120*30 (L*W*H). 2) Labels: self-adhesive labels, round transparent labels 30 mm in diameter. 3) Current situation and problems to solve: manual labeling quality cannot be guaranteed; output is low; a large workforce means high labor costs. 4) What the customer needs to do: supply labels in rolls as specified; roll core inner diameter 76 mm, outer diameter 300 mm; label spacing 2–5 mm, glassine liner that must not be cut through; workers place the food boxes on the labeling machine conveyor, and the machine automatically conveys, aligns, positions, labels, and wraps the labels, after which workers remove the finished products.

The labeling head has a braking function and six label guide rollers to keep the label web taut and ensure a stable detection signal; the pulling mechanism uses an eccentric wheel with knurled aluminum alloy and a rubber-coated process, which is durable, prevents the web from drifting, and makes threading the label easy and time-saving. The labeling machine has a multi-dimensional adjustment base: the head can be adjusted left and right relative to the conveyor by handwheel, which is convenient when using round food boxes of different diameters; the head can be adjusted front and back relative to the conveyor by handwheel, which is convenient for labels of different lengths; the head tilt relative to the empty food box can be adjusted vertically, suiting tapered round food boxes, with the tilt angle set quickly by handwheel; the head tilt relative to the empty food box can be adjusted horizontally so that the label is parallel to the food box surface, preventing crooked labels, with quick and easy adjustment. Two wrap-around mechanisms with sponge spring rollers make the second wrap firmer.
