For juice and carbonated drinks in plastic bottles, the production line process usually includes four parts: bottle washing, filling, capping, and labeling. Each of these processes has corresponding equipment options; a concentrated juice production line is used below as an example.
As the saying goes, “different equipment, different functions.” When producing concentrated juice, choosing equipment suited to each process often gets twice the result with half the effort;
In the concentrated juice production line, the filling equipment is made entirely of high-quality stainless steel, and the storage pump in contact with the material is made of non-toxic material. The concentrated juice does not react with it, meeting food hygiene requirements.
The equipment uses the isobaric filling principle for juice production, with 2 cm large-diameter filling valves that keep filling fast while ensuring no dripping and no bubbles. Based on standard machine specifications, an 18-head unit can fill up to 4,000 bottles per minute.
The line is highly flexible and can be configured and assembled according to different concentrated juice product requirements. For example, additional equipment can be added for different bottle shapes (see figure), and suitable equipment can be added for juice products with different capping and bottle washing requirements. Equipment details are available on the Wanzhi official website at http://www.wanzhiauto.com.
So in this production line, the selection of equipment components is assembled and configured according to the user’s product requirements and is not fixed once and for all. The standard machine data and specifications serve as a guide for customers, who can choose the equipment they need within the standard machine parameter range.
